Very nice staff. Stayed a couple nights. Wish I had time to hit the course.
Let's not kid ourselves here...it's a motel. Playing a bit fast and loose with the phrase "country club" just because it's next to a golf course. That said, although the rooms were dated and smelling a bit musty, the sheets and bathroom were clean. Could do with some TLC and perhaps admitting this is just a motel.
Very convenient location but that's about all I can say for a positive review. There was no amenities in the room at all. No updating ever has been done to any of the rooms that I could see. The rooms have no microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, or hair dryer. Also you could hear housekeeping in the back hallway talking about the other guests and their rooms, how dirty the room was and how there was no tip. For $79 a night I would have expected more.

We stayed for a night during our yearly early Nov. trip up country. The place is dated but clean and very reasonable. The staff was nice and the bar in the back was fun because of the friendly locals. We will be back.
