Staff had many excuses as to why they could not serve me coffee....I visited a few times and buying coffee was always impossible...hours of operation were also not reliable....I complained to DD Corporate Office....the manager called me and basically berated me for making a complaint, very childish on her part....when you are in business, you need to act like an adult
I used to enjoy my coffee from here daily but in the past few months they have gone downhill. Now my coffee never tastes the same,not sure if its burnt or what but its been gross and on top of that they are always running out of supplies. On one of the hottest days so far this year they cant make coolotas because they ran out of mix before lunch. Dont get me wrong i know a few people that work there and they do great but some of the newer employees need a lesson on how to make a cup of coffee and be polite to there customers
Have the older fokes work in the afternoon. Too slow for morning
